- About Dr.Lechtman
- Alex Lechtman, MD, completed undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley followed by medical school at UC San Diego and his internship and residency in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at UC Davis Medical Center, in Sacramento. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been in practice with Visalia Medical Clinic since 1999. He is a member of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Lechtman for many years has donated his services in Mexico to children born with cleft lip and palate.
