Achieve specific fitness goals customized to your needs and abilities. All skill levels are welcome - beginner to athlete. No equipment is required (but can be included). Upon purchase we will contact you via phone or email to arrange your weekday session(s). Sessions will be scheduled to match your availability with the instructor's.

Pulmonary Fitness Class

Our virtual Kupuna and Pulmonary Fitness Class is designed to improve energy levels allowing you to perform activities without becoming tired or short of breath. This class is led by a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and includes strengthening, cardiorespiratory, flexibility, balance, and breathing exercises. Regular participation will increase energy and stamina leading to enhanced fitness and quality of life.

Virtual - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:15 - 11 a.m.
In-person - Monday and Friday from 10:15 – 11 a.m.
